If You're Homesick...

If you are a Northwesterner and you find yourself traveling through the Midwest, you may find yourself feeling a little over exposed, turned around, and completely unable to find your bearings due to lack of topography. Anna was experiencing all of this along with a touch of homesickness when she suddenly grabbed a permanent marker and started scribbling all over the the windshield of our house. After a sigh or relief, Jason and I realized that we were sort of missing our mountainous home too. So we watched the sunset and pretended to be driving towards Mt. Hood on our way to spend the evening with our friends. We miss you!!

Awee, sorry you are feeling homesick. That happens sometimes, when you are away from home, for a long time. Just know that your family understands, and send big hugs to you all. Aunt Dee
